St Joseph alumnus now a Union minister

In latest news from Uttarakhand, with Kirti Vardhan Singh alias Raja Bhaiya- a 1980 batch pass-out student from Nainital-based St Joseph’s School– having taken oath as a minister in the newly formed Central government, the teachers and students of the institute looked elated. Notably, an MSc graduate from Lucknow University, he was elected from the high-profile Gonda seat in Uttar Pradesh in the just-concluded election.
The management members, staffers and students said that they were looking forward to the newly appointed minister serving the country and bringing more laurels for his alma mater.
