The embattled Delhi chief minister Arvind Khejriwal could not get the bail relief he sought from the Supreme Court as the apex court refused to pass an order on his plea challenging the Delhi High Court’s order staying the bail granted by a Delhi court.
The vacation bench of the SC which heard his plea made it clear that it could not prejudge the matter as it has been lying with the Delhi High Court which is not a subordinate court.
