KU alumnus appointed CEO, PHDCCI

In latest news from Uttarakhand, a former student of Kumaun University‘s DSB campus and Champawat resident Ranjit Singh Mehta has been appointed the general secretary and chief executive officer (CEO) of the PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (PHDCCI). Notably, he was a gold medallist (B Com) from Kumaun University’s DSB campus and then completed M Com and PhD.  

Among the dignitaries who congratulated him on his recent appointment in PHDCCI are the KU vice- chancellor Prof Diwan Singh Rawat, registrar Prof Atul Joshi, campus director Prof Neeta Bora Sharma and alumni cell president B S Kalakoti.
