Himalayan Buzz will be hosting auditions for Miss Uttarakhand 2025 on September 15 at Maya Devi University, said the organiser of the programme Gauraveshwar Singh while addressing the media here on Friday.
Singh said that this year marks the 9th edition of the Miss Uttarakhand programme, which he claimed has evolved into one of the most reputable beauty pageants in the State. He said that the event provides a platform for young women to showcase their talents, elegance and intelligence. It is anticipated that over 100 participants from various districts of Uttarakhand will participate in the event. The auditions will assess participants based on criteria such as ramp walk, speech delivery, educational background and overall personality.
Regarding the eligibility, he added that it has been established that participants in the competition must meet certain criteria to guarantee inclusivity. To be considered, individuals must fall within the age range of 17 to 25 years, possess a minimum height of 5.2 feet and be unmarried. These qualifications are designed to promote a pageant that recognises both physical elegance and uniqueness. He further said that there will be no entry fees for candidates auditioning, as this process will be free of charge.
