CM meets successful candidates of PCS exam, holds Janata Darbar

The successful candidates of Uttarakhand provincial civil services -2021 examinations met chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his residence on Friday and expressed their gratitude towards the CM for conducting the recruitment examinations in a timely and transparent manner. They said that the decision of the CM to implement a strict anti-copying law, preparing a calendar of the examinations and ensuring transparent conduction of the examinations ensured that the competent and deserving candidates are selected. The selected women candidates averred that the share of women in the civil services is increasing due to their proper representation by the decision of the women reservation. The candidates informed the CM that the PCS examination is being held as per the calendar and the results are released as per the timetable while ensuring complete transparency.
The CM congratulated all the selected candidates and expressed hope that they will work with complete dedication in the interests of the State.
A Janata Darbar was also organsied at the CM’s residence on the day in which CM Dhami listened to the grievances of the general public. In the programme people of all walks of life including women, ex servicemen and farmers met the CM and informed him about the problems being faced by them.
The CM directed the officers concerned to solve the public grievances and said that solving problems of the people is the top priority of the State government.
