In latest news from Doon, the senior State Congress leader Suryakant Dhasmana demanded the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to fix responsibility regarding the deadly Morchula mishap which killed 36 persons. He said that four factors were responsible: overloading, deplorable roads, lack of crash barriers and late arrival of ambulances. He said while addressing media persons here that instead of delaying things through dilatory tactics like suspending a few officials, he should dig deep.

He further said that the ministers looking after transport, road and health departments should own moral responsibility and quit. “However, we doubt whether they will quit as they lack the moral scruples,” he said.
