Cake mixing ceremony was celebrated enthusiastically at hotel Shervani Hilltop Inn. On this occasion, Christmas songs were sung and information about Christmas preparations were given. The general manager of the hotel Siddharth Sharma said that the hotel management organises Christmas celebrations every year along with Deepawali, Holi and Eid. “The cake mixing ceremony is the first process of making Christmas cake which is started a month before Christmas. Various things are mixed with dry fruits,” he added.
