The tourism minister Satpal Maharaj met the Vidhan Sabha speaker Ritu Khanduri at her residence in Dehradun on Wednesday. The two leaders discussed many issues related to the State and the development activities in the Kotdwar assembly constituency represented by Khanduri in Vidhan Sabha.
In the meeting the minister informed the Speaker about various schemes of development in the tourism sector. He also held discussions on the issues related to Kotdwar.
The two leaders emphasized on better coordination for successful implementation of different development schemes and agreed that focus on infrastructure development will help in promoting tourism activities in the State.
