The eminent Hindi writer and poet Prof Ram Darash Mishra was presented with the Patanjali Siksha Gaurav Samman at a felicitation programme held in Delhi on Friday under the joint aegis of the Bharatiya Sisksha Board (BSB) and Patanjali Yog Peeth (Trust). Addressing the guests, the chairman, BSB, N P Das said that by felicitating Mishra, BSB and Patanjali Yog Peeth were felicitating themselves. He said that BSB churns out its Hindi text books under the erudite guidance of Prof Mishra. Prof Mishra recited some of his poems and attributed his long life to his remaining free from ambition. The dean of the University of Patanjali Sadhvi Devpriya who represented Patanjali Yog Peeth said she was feeling privileged being present at this felicitation of a towering scholar and poet.
