PNS/ LALKUAN
The Lalkuan police arrested one person and recovered 56 pouches of country liquor from him from near Tanda forest. The accused was identified as Gopi Malik, resident of Vikash Colony, Lalkuan. The inspector in-charge of the Lalkuan police station said that the accused had been booked under relevant sections of the Excise Act, adding that they would continue carrying out operations under the direction of the senior police officers to stamp out illegal liquor smuggling.
