Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionising the world through innovations in different business organisations, non-profit organisations and education systems. From improving communication to changing the face of industries such as beauty and health, it is a technology that is defining the future. Bala Vignesh Charllo is a pioneer in using generative AI to drive change at different levels. As a subject matter expert, Charllo has spearheaded innovative AI solutions in sales enablement and education, the beauty industry and nonprofits. He suggested that the generative AI is going to disrupt not only the content creation but also the personalisation in education, health and beauty industries for innovations that are significant and cogent. His AI-based project in cosmetics altered the way it recommended cosmetics to the users depending on the users’ preferences and skin types. Specifically, this customer-first innovation did not only increase engagement but also generated new sources of revenue for the company.

In his work, “AI-Driven Beauty: The Future of Personalized Cosmetic Innovation,” Charllo demonstrated how AI can transform industries that are highly personal or individualised, blending science, art and human connection. He highlighted that remote learning is unequal and potentially detrimental to disadvantaged populations. He also worked with educational NGOs to create generative AI tools that translated the content into other languages and cultural settings. These endeavours enhanced the learning process to be more inclusive and fun, thus enhancing the student performance across the world.

His work, “Remote Learning Challenges and Solutions: The Role of AI in Bridging Educational Gaps During the Pandemic,” explained how the use of AI can ensure that everyone can have equal access to quality education regardless of the situation. Industry enthusiasts like Charllo emphasise the ethical usage of AI. In the fields of healthcare, adaptive learning and NGO functioning, AI should consider the principles of inclusiveness and solve the problem of ethical issues.
