In latest news from Doon, in the backdrop of the ‘Hill versus Plain’ row triggered by the State Parliamentary Affair minister Premchand Aggarwal gaining more traction with BJP veterans pitching in, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami exhorted the people of Uttarakhand not to come under the influence of the divisive propaganda and hold fast to ‘one and indivisible Uttarakhand’ sentiment. He further warned that his government would not brook any attempt to damage the emotional integrity of Uttarakhand. Stringent actions would be taken against such forces out to drive a wedge between the hills and plains, he added.

Invoking the Statehood movement leaders, he said that they dreamt a dream of taking development to the last man of the State.
