In latest news from Uttarakhand, the court has extended the period of judicial custody for the former Khanpur MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh ‘Champion’ regarding the violent brawl involving him and the present MLA from Khanpur Umesh Kumar. However, given his illness, he was sent straight to the Haridwar District Hospital after being presented in the court. Earlier, he had been brought to the court in an ambulance.
