In latest news from Uttarakhand, with the G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology gearing up for the 117th All India Kisan Mela slated from March 7 to 10, the university officials said that the stalls to be set up in the fair would be awarded on the merit of their performance on the closing day of the fair. The registration by firms for participation in the fair has already started. They further appealed to the farmers participating in it to cooperate with the university administration in making the fair clean and polythene free.
