In latest news from Doon, acting on the Centre’s directive, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed the administration to identify the Pakistani nationals living in the State and repatriate them. Besides, he ordered the officers concerned to step up verification drive and identify those who have been availing benefits from the welfare schemes rolled out by the Centre and the State government on the basis of fraudulent documents.
While stressing on intense tenant verification drive, he said that those who have not complied with the government order in this matter must be made to pay penalties.
Further, the CM laid stress on ensuring fool-proof security for the Char Dham Yatra in view of the dastardly attack on the tourists in Pahalgam.
