Though former chief minister Harish Rawat who jolted Uttarakhand Congress by his ‘earned leave’ diatribe has come out of his self-imposed break, he is continuing to remain enigmatic about his political plans. When asked by the journalists, he merely said that he is still in process of contemplation on the subject. When asked to comment on the fact that he is not attending the official programmes of the State Congress, he said that one should ask this question to the State president of the party. “I am a simple worker and a soldier of the party,’’ he quipped.
