Uttarakhand Vidyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP) will organise the entrance examination 2026 for the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) training on November 18, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
According to officials, admit cards of all the candidates have been uploaded on the Council’s website under the DEPARTMENTAL EXAM/D.El.Ed icon. Candidates will be able to download their admit card by entering their registration number and password, or name and date of birth (as entered in the application form), beginning November 9, 2026, at 11AM. Candidates are being admitted to the examination based on the details provided in their application form, they said.
The official further added that the nodal centres in each examination city will function as control rooms from November 16 to 18, 2026. If a candidate’s admit card is not downloadable and they have duly applied online (including fee payment), or if they have any other problem related to the admit card, they can obtain their admit card by appearing at the nodal examination centre in the first examination city selected by them during office hours from November 16 to 17. Officials said that for this, the candidate will have to submit a photocopy of the online application form, two passport-size photographs (identical to the ones uploaded in the application form), and a photocopy of a photo identity card (as mentioned in the application form). The list of nodal examination centres, city-wise, is available on the council’s website, they said.
