The Bharatiya Janata Party marched against negative and anarchist politics as part of its ‘Loktantra Bacha, Arajakta Hatao’ campaign here on Friday. BJP State president Mahendra Bhatt along with State co-in-charges Arvind Menon and Bansuri Swaraj led the march which began from the Mangla Devi inter college near Survey Chowk. The party leaders claimed that the BJP is a party of the people that has risen from the roads and struggles which cannot be challenged in the parliament or the roads by a party born in the corridors of power. Considering the crowds which attended the rallies across the State, the BJP is set to return to power for the third consecutive time in 2027, they said.
Bhatt said that the nation and the State are achieving new heights of development because the people have trusted the BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, the Congress and opposition parties which have been repeatedly rejected democratically by the public are working to dismantle the democratic process out of frustration. “Along with foreign conspirators, they are trying to turn the situation here as it was in Bangladesh, Nepal and France. We strongly condemn the manner in which the Congress and opposition parties attempted to play confrontational politics on the roads to spread anarchy in recent months. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi challenges PM Modi to a debate but is incapable of debating with even a common worker of the BJP. While threatening regime change through anarchist politics, they forget that the BJP has struggled on the roads for the public and risen to become the world’s largest party.
The BJP workers and leaders have not progressed simply by making rounds of the corridors of power in Delhi. The manner in which the public thronged the BJP marches across the State is enough to show that the people stand strongly with us from the roads to the parliament. The people have given a clear message against the opposition’s negative and anarchist politics, which is a guarantee of the BJP being re-elected to office for the third consecutive time in the 2027 elections,” the BJP State president said.
