Cong not doing its homework properly: Kaushik
The parliamentary affairs minister Madan Kaushik has blamed the members of the opposition Congress party for coming to the assembly without doing their homework properly.
Attacking the Congress MLAs while interacting with the media persons, the minister said that the allegations levelled by Congress on the industrial advisor of CM were baseless. He said that in its notice the Congress said that the industrial advisor of CM, K S Panwar is the director of Social Mutual Benefits Company and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in June this year had directed the state government that the company is engaged in illegal business in the state. “On receiving the notice of Congress, we sent a fax to RBI at 11 am and asked whether they had sent any such inquiry. RBI in its reply said that it has not forwarded any letter on the aforesaid company in June this year,’’ he said.
Kaushik said that it is unfortunate that the Congress leaders are raising baseless issues. “I have never seen such weak opposition,’’ he quipped.
