The Uttarakhand Congress has said that Covid-19 test scam in Kumbh, highest rate of inflation in the country and deaths of people due to non availability of oxygen and ICU facilities in the hospitals are some of the achievements of 100 days of Tirath Singh Rawat as Chief Minister of the state.
Talking to the media persons at the Congress headquarters here on Thursday, the Vice President of Uttarakhand Congress Surya Kant Dhasmana said that the people of the state had chosen BJP for a period of five years in 2017 but the party in order to hide its failure changed the CM midway and now the trumpet of 100 days of Tirath Singh Rawat’s government is being blown so loudly by the state government as if it has got a new mandate. Dhasmana said that increasing prices, high rate of unemployment and the test scam are some of the achievements of this government. He said that achievements like non availability of ICU beds, oxygen, Remdesivir and injections needed to treat black fungus also come into the account of this government.
The spokesperson of Uttarakhand Congress, Garima Dasauni said that Tirath Singh Rawat has taken U turns on the decisions of Trivendra Singh Rawat government and has done nothing else. “ It appears that a circus and not a government is going on in Uttarakhand and the people of the state are waiting for an appropriate opportunity to teach a lesson to this government,’’ she said.
