Sunday, 11 July 2021 | PNS | Dehradun

The Delhi Chief Minister and national convener of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Arvind Kejriwal would be on a day’s visit to Uttarakhand on Sunday. His visit is expected to give a boost to the morale of the party workers of the state.

The party is trying hard to make its presence felt in the politics of the state which has remained dominated by BJP and Congress. During his visit Kejriwal would meet the party workers and leaders of Uttarakhand. The Delhi CM himself informed about his plan to visit the state on Sunday on social media.

“Uttarakhand generates electricity even then it is dearer for the people of the state. Delhi does not produce power and purchases it from other states but electricity is free here. Should people of Uttarakhand not get free electricity? Meeting in Dehradun tomorrow,’’ he tweeted.
