The Municipal Corporation of Haldwani (MCH) removed encroachment from various parts of the city and recovered fines of Rs 5,100 under its anti-encroachment campaign.
The assistant municipal commissioner Vijendra Singh Chauhan along with the team of the corporation and police removed encroachment near the places like Roadways bus stand intersection, Railway Station Road, Taj intersection and New Bazaar Masjid and imposed fines on the offenders.
Chauhan also warned them of taking stringent action if they will found to be guilty of the encroachment again in those areas.
