On Monday, Virat Kohli’s men in blue played against Namibia and defeated them by 9 wickets. Despite the win, the quest for the T20 World Cup has come to an end for Team India. They were out of the race when New Zealand defeated Afghanistan on Sunday. This was a disappointing series for all the cricket fans as India has registered a total of three wins from Super 12 matches leading to losing out on the semis.
The match was held at Dubai International Cricket stadium. India won the toss and decided to bowl. India chased the target of 133 runs set by Namibia.
The Indian team was also seen wearing black armbands during the match to pay their tribute to a widely respected coach Shri Tarak Sinha- a Dronacharya Awardee who has passed away on Saturday.
