A road accident in Batala, Punjab took the lives of three people including BJP’s leader Virender Singh Samanti. It is indeed a sad news for Uttarakhand Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). He was reportedly going from Rudrapur to Punjab by car which crashed near the said place where the victims died on the spot. The car had been badly damaged because of the grave incident. The other two victims were Bilaspur residents Gurtej Singh and Harjinder Singh. There is a wave of mourning in Rudrapur BJP after the death of Virendra Singh, who was considered closest to Rudrapur BJP MLA Rajkumar Thukral.
