Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar become PETA India’s Most Beautiful Vegetarians

Bollywood celebrities Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar have been named PETA (People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals) India’s Most Beautiful Celebrities of 2021. It is not a surprise for Akshay to get the coveted title as he is well known for his extremely fit physique and someone who is solely dependent on a plant-based diet for protein requirements. He has also raised his voice against animal cruelty on various occasions. Bhumi on the other hand has promoted the campaign Climate Warrior which aims at protecting nature and is a full-fledged vegetarian. Both are extremely fit and have promoted a healthy lifestyle. According to PETA India Director of Celebrity and Public Relations, Sachin Bangera said, “From being one of the fittest actors in Bollywood to leading a climate revolution from her dinner table, Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar are showing everyone how easy it is to stay fit and eco-friendly while saving animals. PETA India is recognising them for being beautiful inside and out.”

On the professional front, Akshay and Bhumi will be sharing the screen in their upcoming film Raksha Bandhan.
