Creating development roadmap of U’khand- CM Dhami

Says decisions are being made on the basis of public sentiments and requirements.

The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said he has demanded a road map of next years from every department of the state so that an outline of the development plan of the state is created on the basis of its future requirements. He added that the opinion of the experts of different fields is also being taken for preparing the development roadmap of the state.

He was addressing a public meeting at Gangolihat in Pithoragarh district on Monday. The CM said that the state government is taking every possible effort for wholesome development of the state. He claimed that the decisions are being made on the basis of public sentiments and top priority is being accorded to solving the problems of the people. The CM said that the state government is getting full support from the union government. He said that work on road, rail and air connectivity is occurring at a fast pace and there are many multidimensional projects where the work is in progress. The CM said that efforts are being made to ensure that Uttarakhand finds a place among the leading states of the country when it completes 25 years of its creation in the year 2025.

In the programme the CM laid the foundation stone of works worth Rs 21.57 crore and inaugurated Government Inter College (GIC) Dasaithal Gangolihat constructed as a cost of Rs 1.39 Crores.

Dhami also offered prayers at the temple of Ma Haat Kalika on the day.

The drinking water minister Bishan Singh Chufal, MLA Gangolihat Meena Gangola and others were present on the occasion.
