The Bharatiya Janata Party has reiterated that the Congress is spreading misinformation to vent its frustration after anticipating its defeat in the Assembly elections. The BJP State spokesman Suresh Joshi said that the statements being made by Congress leaders are a sign of the party’s anxiety. “The feedback being received daily and the atmosphere in the state give grounds to believe that the Congress is losing the election. The statements being made by the Congress leaders appear to be excuses being made for the impending defeat. The video shared by Harish Rawat also appears as if he is preparing for the defeat which will be known on March 10. If he has any proof or authentic complaint he should approach the Election Commission. It is possible the Congress itself might have made this video as it is its habit. There doesn’t appear to be any truth in it,” said Joshi.
