The caretaker chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has greeted the people of the state on the festival of Holi. In a message, Dhami said the Holi is the festival of happiness and colours and it symbolises our rich culture and traditions. He said that the festival strengthens social harmony and unity. Dhami said that may Lord Badri Vishal and Baba Kedar shower colours of prosperity and development over the people of Uttarakhand.
