As per the agreement the Uttarakhand government was to provide infrastructure facility. The CM said that in view of the limited financial resources of the state, Uttarakhand should be exempted from this burden and government of India should provide the infrastructure facility for the school. Dhami said that the helipad in Dharchula in Pithoragarh district is proposed to be upgraded into a heliport. He said that this would help in increasing transportation facility in the border district. The CM requested that the clearance for the heliport in Dharchula should be given.
