Students of Saint Joseph College celebrate the school’s annual function with enthusiasm on Saturday. The event saw students performing various cultural items and competition in different sports events. The Gandhi House won the overall trophy. Group captain PD Ojha fro the Bhawali air force station was the chief guest on the occasion.
After a march past by the students, the youngsters competed in 100 metres and 200 metres runs which was followed by a PT display. The students also displayed their gymnastic skills and participated in various other presentations. Group captain PD Ojha presented the overall winners’ trophy to Gandhi House while Nehru House was awarded as the runner up, Rama Bisht most promising athelete trophy was awarded to Yuvi Joshi, while Ramkumar and Nishant Gautam were awarded as best gymnasts. Speaking on the occasion, Ojha said that the performance of the students showed the level of education in the school. The school principal brother Pinto thanked all the guests on the occasion.
