The police rescued three women from a spa centre and arrested three persons after busting a prostitution business at a spa centre in Kotdwar on Sunday. According to the police, its anti-trafficking cell in Kotdwar had received information that sex trade was being conducted at the Crystal spa centre situated near the Devi Mandir in Kotdwar. The police handed over the rescued women to their families after legal formalities.The Haryana resident owner of the spa centre Mamta is absconding. The arrested men include a Dehradun resident, a Lansdowne resident and a resident of Najibabad (UP).
