BJP State spokesman seeks white paper following UKSSSC exam paper leak
The Bharatiya Janata Party State spokesman Ravinder Jugran has stated that a white paper should be brought out considering the scam unearthed in recruitment examinations and the number of people arrested for the Uttarakhand Subordinated Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) examination paper leak. Jugran said that the chairman and secretary along with other members of the service selection board should express their views to the public through the media especially for the benefit of the youth preparing for various recruitment examinations. The chairman/secretary, all members and other responsible should themselves come forward and seek that their properties be probed. The BJP State spokesman further said that the commission needs to convince the people of Uttarakhand so that the faith of the candidates in Uttarakhand is maintained in the current and future recruitment examinations. He said that the scam exposed in the recruitment process has affected the faith of the State’s youth in the UKSSSC’s working. This faith needs to be restored. Jugran further said that apart from the small fry arrested in the UKSSSC examination paper leak, the big fish also need to be caught. Without this, it is not possible to bring about the required improvement in the present or the future. He stressed that it is vital for the big fish involved in the scam to be caught in order to maintain transparency in the recruitment process.
