The Indian Institute of Mass Communication Alumni Association (IIMCAA) organised its first connections meet, an annual alumni event in Dehradun. Founding member of IIMCAA, Ritesh Verma welcomed the gathering and informed them about the important aspects of the association.
A committee was constituted for spearheading the Uttarakhand chapter with senior journalist Bhoopesh Pant as the president, Mudita Agnihotri as general secretary, Manita Harit as treasurer and Pallavi Singh as organisation secretary. Seven executive members were also elected to support the association in meeting networking goals. The newly formed committee pledged to facilitate more frequent interactions in future.
