In latest news from Uttarakhand, a Dewalchaur, Haldwani resident Neeraj Kumar Pant aged 35 years who worked for the Bajaj factory in SIIDCUL Rudrapur was found murdered on the side of the road from village Narayanpur to Gangapur in Rudrapur. He had left for his workplace on the factory bus on October 28 and since then remained missing, as per the complaint lodged by his brother.
The SP Crime Manoj Katyal said after visiting the murder spot that his body bore injury marks inflicted by sharp weapons. A woman was arrested who was last seen on CCTV camera with the youth sitting in an e-rickshaw at Shyam Talkies tiraha-a deserted place-well past midnight.
