AAP holds centre & state govts responsible for questionable recruitments in AIIMS-Rishikesh

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) stated that leaders of the Centre and State government are involved in the alleged fraud in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rishikesh adding that such a huge scam cannot be carried out without help from political leaders in the administration. The party’s media co in-charge Uma Sisodia averred that the revelation that AIIMS management had allegedly recruited those persons for 600 positions who belong to Rajasthan clearly indicates a big scam which could not be carried out solely by the management. She said that it is questionable how the authorities concerned purportedly filled a total of 600 vacancies out of 800 with the people from the same state without it being noticed by any leader or minister at the state as well as the central level. She said, “One the one hand, the double engine government of BJP talks about providing employment to youths here while on the other hand, 600 people of the other state have been given jobs in an institution and they fail to do anything. It has also been revealed that six members of the same family were also recruited in AIIMS-Rishikesh. Such developments cannot go untraced without any involvement of political leaders,”she alleged.
Sisodia said that AAP appealed to authorities concerned to investigate this matter and take action against the responsible parties or else, the party would stage a massive protest across the state.
