The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP, Bhagwant Mann will kickstart the Kisan Nyay Yatra today on his two-day tour of Uttarakhand to support the farmers’ protest. The state president of the party SS Kaler informed that AAP will organise Kisan Nyay Yatra in five Vidhan Sabha constituencies from Tuesday starting from the Raipur area where Mann will join the protest towards Kashipur where the MP will address the protesters.
Subsequently, the Kisan Yatra will move ahead from Sitarganj towards Khatima on the second day of the tour, said Kaler. According to him, the Central Government is trying to suppress the farmers’ protest but AAP will continue to support them and to show the solidarity of the party, Mann is visiting the State.
