Uttarakhand’s youths are a bundle of energy that must be utilised for the reformation of the State making it an ideal place for everyone. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader colonel (retd) Ajay Kothiyal stated this in the first executive meeting of the youth wing of the party, Aam Aadmi Party Yuva Morcha (AAPYM) in Dehradun on Sunday.
In the meeting, the members pledged to fight for reformation of the State, strong land laws and employment opportunities. The president of the youth wing, Digmohan Negi said that one of the main demands of today’s youth is the introduction of strong land laws as people of this State must have the first right to acquire any land here. “The AAPYM will fight for strong land laws in the State as it is the basic right of every Uttarakhand resident,” asserted Negi. He also added that unemployment is a big issue in the State that both BJP and Congress party have failed to deal with in the last twenty years and the youth wing of AAP will now fight for fair employment opportunities across the State.
