The spokesperson of the Chinnhit Rajya Andolankari Sanyukt Samiti and Congress leader Mahesh Joshi has said that the state government should accord the status of permanent state capital to Gairsain without any delay. He said that it appears that the state government wants to use Gairsain as a picnic spot in the name of organising the assembly session.
Joshi accused the BJP government for claiming false credit and misleading the people in the name of granting status of summer capital to Gairsain. He claimed that the Vidhan Sabha building and other infrastructure were set up during the Congress government and in the last four years no work worth mentioning took place in Bharadisain and Gairsain.
