Administration wary on holding session in Gairsain

In view of the surging crowd of the pilgrims in the ongoing Char Dham Yatra and the recruitment drive of policemen, the administration appears wary of holding the assembly session in Garisain. In a video conferencing session organised by cabinet minister Premchand Agarwal to oversee the preparations for the Char Dham Yatra on Thursday, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) police , P Renuka Devi said that a large number of police personnel are deployed in the police recruitment process. The DIG, K S Nagnyal told the minister that the Char Dham Yatra is at its peak and in view of the surge in the number of pilgrims on Yatra route the government should consider on the time and place of holding the budget session of assembly which is proposed to be held at Gairsain.
