In latest news from Dehradun, in a late night administrative re-jig, some IPS and PCS officers have been shifted from their present responsibilities, some have been assigned new responsibilities added to their present ones and some have been relieved of their responsibilities. The joint secretary Shyam Singh issued the reshuffling order.
- Nidhi Yadav, who was kept in forced waiting, has been given the responsibility of the director Panchayati Raj.
- R Rajesh Kumar has been relieved of his responsibility of the chief executive officer of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana
- Mohammad Nasir has been made the director of administration and given the responsibility of monitoring the Pantnagar Agriculture University
- Ramdutt Paliwal has been relieved of his additional responsibilities at the Agriculture University, Pantnagar.
- Omkar Singh has been given the responsibility of the additional secretary in the social welfare department
