Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has a new release date. Earlier the film was set to release on 6th January, 2022 but now the Highway-actress shared a post on her social media handle announcing the new date which is 18th February, 2022. The release date of the movie has been changed to avoid clash with another upcoming film- SS Rajamouli’s directorial RRR. Rajamouli took to twitter to thank the director and producer for the move.
Gangubai Kathiawadi is a crime-drama film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and produced by Jayantilal Gada. It also stars Vijay Raaz, Indira Tiwari and Seema Pahwa. Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi will appear in extended cameo roles.
