While addressing an expenditure and finance committee meeting at the State Secretariat on Tuesday, the chief secretary Radha Raturi directed the officials concerned to take steps to ensure that all the upcoming State government buildings across the State are built as green buildings equipped with solar panels, rain water harvesting and water recycling systems. She, in particular, stressed on introduction of water recycling in every water supply scheme.
