All Saints’ College, Nainital hosted a special two-day Festival of Multiple Intelligence in collaboration with Delhi’s Primary Plus Media Pvt Ltd. Inaugurating it, the acting principal, Anjana Richards said that it would prove an important step towards the overall development of the students, inspiring them to move beyond traditional education and learn practical life skills and become self-reliant.
As part of the activities of the event, the students learned the coordination of body and mind through aerobics and dance followed by wall climbing, zip line, resin art and doodling art learning. Besides, they learnt the art of sewing.
To promote technical education, a screen free robotics session was organised where the students learned the tricks of coding, electronics and innovative thinking. In the story telling workshop, they practised the art of speech and effective presentation of ideas.
Expert trainers Neetu Bedi and Anchal Malhotra from Delhi along with the teachers of the school guided the students.
