The 33rd annual general meeting of the Almora Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd was held on Monday after which the bank provided details about its activities in 2023-24. The bank earned Rs 3738.56 L as net profit in this financial year while the volume of business rose from Rs 4740.83 Cr to Rs 5147.53 Cr. The bank has set a target of taking its business to Rs 6,000 Cr by the end of 2024. Besides, the bank has decided to open five new branches. As per the figures provided by the bank, the capital has risen from Rs 203 Cr to Rs 682 Cr.
