Anchal Dairy hikes prices of milk and  milk products

In latest Uttarakhand news, amid the spiraling inflation, Anchal Dairy has hiked the prices of milk and milk products from five to 20 per cent. The manager of Nainital Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd Nirbhay Narayan Singh informed that the milk producers associated with Nainital Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd had hiked the price of milk by Rs 2 per litre in April 2023. “However, to cover the deficit, the prices of milk and other dairy products are being hiked again. Now, one litre of full cream milk will cost Rs 68 instead of the earlier price of Rs 66.  Likewise, one litre of standard milk will cost Rs 57 instead of the earlier price of Rs 55. The ghee of Anchal Dairy is becoming costlier too as the price of one kg is  being increased by Rs 50. Now one kg will cost Rs 650 whereas its earlier price was Rs 600. The prices of butter and paneer have been hiked too. One kg butter will cost Rs 600 where as its earlier price was Rs 550. Similarly, one kg paneer will now cost Rs 400 whereas its earlier price was Rs 380. One kg cream will now cost Rs 500 whereas its earlier price was Rs 470. Four hundred gram dahi will now cost Rs 50 whereas its earlier price was Rs 40.
