Another Uttarakhand Roadways bus heading to Haldwani from Delhi met with an accident as it collided with a rice-laden truck near Bilaspur police station at around 5 am. The driver died on the spot while some passengers were injured and rushed to Bilaspur Hospital. Police said that the driver might have fallen asleep, leading to the mishap. They added that the post-mortem of the driver was being done to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
