Stress on prompt completion of the repairing work of Laldhang Chillar Khal Motorway

In latest Uttarakhand news, the State Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan and the State Forest minister Subodh Uniyal inspected Laldhang Chillar Khal Motorway and discussed with the forest department officials about the current status of the repairing work involving the Laldhang Chillar Khal Motorway.
The Speaker asked the forest department to complete the asphaltisation of the road at the earliest. She said that the locals have to pass through Uttar Pradesh to reach the capital Dehradun. “They have been impatiently waiting for the completion of this road,” she said.
While asking the Speaker to take initiative for opening jungle safari in Kotdwar which is expected to open additional employment avenues for the locals, Uniyal instructed the officials to conduct training and check the taxes being collected by the forest department on Laldhang Chillar Khal Motorway.
