Maharashtra police arrested a Bangladeshi porn movie star Riya Barde- also known as Arohi Barde and Banna Sheikh- from Ulhasnagar, about 50 km away from Mumbai on the charge of staying in India with her family members with the help of fake passport. As per an unconfirmed report, she worked in Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra’s production. It is learnt that she obtained an Indian passport while showing fake documents. According to those privy to details, Riya’s relatives are currently in Qatar.
Police said that they have already framed charges against her under relevant anti-cheating laws of the Indian Penal Code. Same charges have been slapped on her relatives too as they allegedly helped her make the passport with fake documents.
