BCCI snatched the voting rights of the Uttarakhand Cricket Association (CAU) and as a result the association will not be named in the electoral roll for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Governing Council elections to be held on December 4. What is noteworthy is the fact that the list had the name of CAU two days ago. The decision was taken by the board on November 21 as a result of the complaints received by the them regarding the ongoing tussle and arbitrariness in the association. Uttarakhand had got the BCCI recognition nearly after 18 years. The CAU will reportedly present its side before the BCCI.
