Terming the behaviour of the Parliamentary Affairs minister Prem Chand Aggarwal as highly objectionable and unparliamentary, the Congress MLA from Pratapnagar, Vikram Singh Negi has said that the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami should seek his resignation from the cabinet.
He said that minister Aggarwal accused the Congress MLA Madan Bisht of coming to the house in an inebriated state but failed to get him medically examined.
He said that during the discussion in the house, the Badrinath MLA raised the issues of his area on which the minister accused him of presenting false facts. Negi said that the minister is getting full protection from the government.
